Large Retail Store Hit By a Major Problem

The main water supply line to this shoe store ruptured and created a large pond of water on the retail space floor. Our SERVPRO of Northwest Dallas team arrived on the scene quickly to move the wetted and dry inventory from the affected areas of the store. As we were suctioning out the standing water, we proceeded to demolish some non-salvageable building materials and items and tossed them. We cleaned up the floor and set up a number of dehumidifiers to transport the moisture laden air to the exterior. We saved a large amount of inventory, and the store manager was extremely pleased with our fast and professionally administered service.
