Dallas Water Damaged Kitchen Floor

The contaminated water in this Dallas kitchen was a problem that the housewife could not deal with comfortably. Her request was to remove the tile and sanitize the subfloor before she planned on having an engineered floor installed. We thoroughly dried out the affected area with air movers and heavy duty dehumidifiers. We did a demo on the floor and prepped it for a new surface.
