Water Damage – Dallas Office Building

Water Damage to this Dallas office building resulted from a sprinkler system failure. We were called by the building manager to provide emergency water damage remediation. The water was extracted using trailer mounted water extraction equipment and using proven SERVPRO procedural guidelines. We used high-tech moisture detection devices as is usual to determine if there was excess moisture within building materials like the drywall. We discovered the unseen moisture and had to cut away a portion of the drywall to properly dry the space between the walls.
